Those are about the highest praise one lawyer can give about another, that they are Professional and Practical. Anyone can tell you about the lawsuit that they are going to file for you, but Cathleen sees the other way around the case, how to handle the case without involving an attorney if possible and if an attorney is required, the practical way to do that. HIring a lawyer isn't necessarily in expensive, but when you hire a practical lawyer like Cathleen you will likely get a reasonable result with a reasonable fee.
